These Farm Dinners celebrate the importance of sitting together at a table with a common meal, shared among more than just our ‘bubble’. As a culture we are feeling the effects of not having this human need fulfilled. Just like eating is a physical imperative, eating together is an emotional and social need.
We are thrilled to be in the unique position to offer a self-contained farm dinner experience, on a working farm, in which you, our guests, arrive and are immersed in the workings and interactions that are inherent in the production of your food. At Burdock Grove Farm Dinners, the farmer and the chef both live and work here. In fact, they are the same guy! Enabled, of course, by a fabulous team!
The menus are a surprise to you, and even a bit of a surprise to us! We work in real time with whatever the farm has to offer, remaining humble, nimble, and accepting of this collaboration. This is one of the delights of eating what our ecosystem offers to us. Accommodations for specific food needs may be possible.
