Red Onion Beer Jam

Made from Cedar Down Farm’s red onions and Maclean’s ale.

We found ourselves with a surplus of beautiful onions and found a lovely onion jam recipe of the straight up, long and low  cooking style, where the predominant flavours are onions and malty reduced ale.

Put it on a burger, or add it to your pâté platter.
