Empanada de Pollo (Chicken Handpie)

We are big fans of self contained foods, and it doesn’t get much better than delicious chicken wrapped in dough.

Think of them as a perfect meal, as filling as a sandwich, but better.

Filling: Burdock Grove grown chicken, organically grown potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, Organic Sweet corn (from Fair Fields), butter, salt & spices.

Dough: Organic wheat flour, nixtamalized BGF corn, Saugeen yogurt, GMO free baking powder, BGF chicken broth, egg, BGF lard, salt.

Cooked. Reheat from frozen.
