A soup we’re making from some valiant survivors from tetsukubota squash from over at Cedar Down. This one comes in purée form, and we’ve used a double-steeped chicken broth for the liquid, resulting in a very velvety mouth-feel. Spiced gently for cozy feelings while watching a flurry of rain, hail, or slush out the window.
