A customer request. A smooth, spreadable paté, made with equal parts fresh pork, seared pork liver, bacon and onions, plus cream, pork bone broth, garlic and spices. Ground fine for smooth spreading. Much lower fat than our chicken liver paté. Housed in a handy mason jar for easy resealing/reopening, and to avoid plastic. It came out nice on the first try. Let me know what you think.
