Our appreciation for leek has certainly ballooned since the leek moth arrived in town. We’re taking some years off growing almost all of the allium family while we see if this pest blows over. In the meantime, we’re thrilled to lean on our neighbours who’ve taken the necessary precautions to grow them in today’s world. This stuff is flavour town, with homegrown spuds and chicken stock.
Stay in the Loop
