Here’s another in our adventures in hot-smoked sausage. A lovely ready-to-eat link made of our chicken, fattened with pork fat from Twin Creeks and seasoned with thyme, roasted garlic, and kale. Slice and eat on a cracker, or fry and eat among some sauerkraut.
