peach/prosciutto jam bun

We’ve never made this one before, so while there’s still an element of mystery and risk (and they may not look exactly as the picture!) we’re kind of thinking it’s a sure thing. Our own peach jam, old world air-dried ham, the brioche… in a cute little muffin size format.
