These are the pigs’ feet. They are cleaned up beautifully and painstakingly by the skilled butchers at Bauman meat shop, and ready to be pitched into your bean pot. Give em a whirl. Or don’t; we’ll surely use them in some prepared food or another. Why eat a pig’s foot? Why, they’re loaded with collagen and gelatin, silly!
