But seriously folks, It’s an ancient (and still entirely valid) health ritual: put them in your favourite cauldron with an onion, celery, carrot, bay leaf, pepercorns, garlic clove. Simmer gently. Skim lovingly. Strain, salt, salt again, serve hot when the frost is on the pumpkin.
